RCS is a bonded, certified WBE and VDOT pre-qualified contractor. We also offer local backhoe and trencher services for underground utilities and underground electrical and waterline installation. (Wythe, Smyth, Bland, Carroll, Grayson and Pulaski counties) In addition to contracting services, RCS also offers bench repair of many types of radio transmitters and equipment including Handar weather monitoring and flood warning equipment such as the Handar 555 and 585 as well as ceilometers and other sensors.
